William@92279333 was really professional. My sink tap gave way on Sunday evening. Tried calling a few plumbers and all sorts of unreasonable prices were being quoted as it was a Sunday and additional labour charges will be incurred if I want to get it fix on the day itself. I had lots of hesitation whether I wait till Monday. Examples of quotations are like if I wish to get it fix on Sunday it will cost $300 and if it’s a Monday and it will cost $100.
Desperate enough I managed to get hold of william’s number here and his quote from the phone was similar being a Sunday or Monday.
He arrived within an hour or more and it cost me only $90. He is detail guy as he asked me for all the info before he came down to make sure he has all the tools with him. Then I realize the earlier plumbers which I had called did not even ask me what type of sink tap I needed and they just went ahead to give me a quote thru the phone which was ranges from $100-$300.
I strongly recommand William@92279333 . He is awesome.
William just came to my place and help me clear a choke in my floor trap. 2 other plumbers came before him and quoted me $350-380 because they require machine to clear the choke.
Luckily I found this forum and manage to call William 92279333. When he came, he really help to access properly where the choke came from and managed to clear the choke without using any machine!! He is GOOD!! Total damage for clearing the problematic choke $100. I highly recommend this reliable plumber to all .
William was so helpful and professional. I had a toilet that had been running nonstop after flushing it. I had purchased a replacement toto universal fill valve. My installation was going smoothly however the old lock nut was broken and as a result I needed help.
Once William arrived he clearly informed me of the problem and what would be required in order to get my toilet working again. Long story short, he replaced the supply line and valve .
I had also asked William if he could explain and show me how to resolve the problem myself in the future if need be. While he was fixing the toilet he pretty much gave me a one-on-one lesson of how to replace a fill valve. So awesome!

The morning I was due to fly out for a weeks holiday I dropped my phone and the touch screen was playing up. I made a call to Bristol iPhone repairs at 9.15 had a series immediate text responses in which I described my predicament and by 10am an engineer arrived at my place of work. By 10.15 the phone repaired good as new. James was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The phone had been repaired previously at an Apple store and they’d left 2 screws loose which James showed me. No need for painful lengthy, time consuming and in many cases costly visit to Apple Genius Bar.

The guys at Sgplumbing were great! We had blocked drains due to tree roots and they had it fixed that day despite being busy with other jobs. Bought a new tap from Japan . Searching high and low for a experience plumber . Finally found online . William is a very professional and experience plumber . A very efficient and reassuring first time using Sgplumbing . I was fortunate enough to have William come and fix my heater for me. I was told he would be with me within the hour and he arrived after 20minutes. Polite, descriptive and fixed the problem as soon as he possibly could.

My two bathrooms floor trap were resolved by William last night. Very professional, efficient, honest and with reasonable price. I called another plumber before and the quotation was much higher. William cleared all the choke and even helped with my basin which has a popup stopper that was stucked for few weeks without charge.
He did a very thorough check and explained why my floor trap was choked as 80% of my pipe was covered with cement. He even recommended me long term solution to replace the u-pipe which i am considering. But i know who to call in future if it choke again. I strongly recommend William’s to all.

Earlier on this evening i have a leakage for my storage heater. Therefore contacted William. However, because it was a last minute contact he wasnt able to place me in his appointment. After several persuassion he pushed back one of his appointment and assisted my problem. As only my mum was at home, at first i was afraid William will not be able to perform a satisfactying work. A very bad leakage happened in my kitchen’s cabinet earlier today and thus contacted william for help. However, due to chinese new year, his schedule is very very tight. But he still managed to squeezed me into one of his slot and helped me to a minor repair to temporary stop the leakage until the chinese new year period is over for the a full-repair. i must say, he did a very good job and he did not charge me for this repair. I called William to enquire about his services after getting to know about him through the various reviews I have read about him. I was initially sceptical about what I have read but decided to give his services a call anyway.
I was totally impressed with the services he provided as well as his patience and integrity.
I delayed his time by more than an hour as I was experiencing some issues and was not able to allow him to repair the choking sink and leaking pipes at our confirmed time of appointment.
However, he was very patient and waited till the issue is resolved before commencing his repairs.

My new dishwasher arrived but the delivery team crew couldn’t connect it because of a leak from the inlet feed. Found reliable plumber william who I’d never heard of before and decided to give him a call and wiliam accepted the task, agreed to come the same day and turned up within an hour as he understands chinese new year is coming soon. Thus, the dishwasher needs to be fixed. William fixed the feed and installed and tested the machine. He also took the old dishwasher away for free. The charge was very reasonable as well. This is the second time I have called william and I was not disappointed. I thought I had three problems but in the end I only had two which saved me a considerable amount of money. On the eve of lunar new year night, i had a very bad chokage in one of my toilet, however no one was willing to take the job and i understand that. But i still insisted to use william’s service because of his reliability. William said he will give me an appointment on the 3rd day of chinese new year. After much pursuasion as a regular of his, he decided come over at a reasonable price to clear the chokage. Attitude was very positive even though he has to work on the eve. Bought a few taps and asked for william’s help to fixed up in my house the other day. All was going smoothly until there is one tap which does not fit. William explained slowly to convince me to use a tap of his at a reasonable cost. He would have know if he did not explained properly to me, i will never accept the decision to use his taps because then i would have an extra tap (which i do not want it to happen) Turns out a month later, the taps is still working fine. i am very very satisfied. My basin tap spoilt for few days during CNY, hardware shops are still not opened today. Googled for plumbing service and read the reviews of William. Arranging an appointment on the phone was easy with him trying to accommodate our needs so the appointment would be as soon as possible on our available timeslots. Besides that, when we had an issue with the payment, he was flexible enough to offer alternatives.

William is an expert, he fixed a bad job left over by the previous plumber as quickly as i can imagine and even took the time to explained to me why the previous plumber was not able to fix it. He clearly knows what he was trying to fix there. Cost was not very costly, i personally feel, if i am paying for this skills i think its really very worht it. Recommended plumber! Very very reliable.
We called William the plumber to change a leaky tap and a corroded flexible hose for us. He quoted us a very reasonable price, and the young plumber who came was very punctual (on the dot!) and explained to us what had caused the leaks. We then asked him to check and identify another leak for us which he kindly did, and helped us to remove an entire section of redundant piping, replacing it with a flexible hose that would be easier to change in the future. For this extra job he only charged us the material cost. All in all, they did 3 jobs for us for around the price of what I had paid for one before.
We are very happy with their service and professionalism, and will definitely go back to them again for all our plumbing needs.
Great service great work, came back home to a newly replaced storage heater. What i am so grateful about is that he helped me to claim from the landlord as i am a tenant and the landlord refuse to pay for the repair as the problem only occurs after my stay. However william showed him proof that this damage was already there way before my stay (another plumber did a short repair) Though is not alot of money, but its the thoughts that counts, which he believes that the landlord should pay for it instead. Yesterday morning, he came over to help me repair my toilet bowl leakage, however he could not fixed it because he doesnt have the parts and its not possible for him to go get parts and come back and fix this because he has very tight schedule and i understands that as i have been using his service for several plumbing issues. I’m simply writing to verify William and all these many testimonials. When I first came across this site, I was suspect, that this plumber William could have so many excellent reviews. It was almost too good to be true. William came to fix the leaking inlet valve to my Master bedroom toilet, after my DIY of trying to install a bidet line, cracked the plastic inlet valve. William came to fix the whole mess I created the very next morning, and the issue was solved in 20mins. As others have stated in their reviews, William explained and taught me about the issue, and what I can do if I chose to ever DIY on my toilets again. It’s true, he does not overcharge, and for all the replacement parts and service, it was only $80. I personally, am just going to call William from here on out, when I need a plumber. I’ll refer him to all my friends, and I’m more than happy to take the time to write this testimonial. Why can’t more contractor/SMEs in SG, do exactly what William does? Recently sold my house and was preparing the home for final walk through for the new owners. As I was clearing out the contents of the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink, I discovered a pool of water that was gradually building. Previous butchered wet shower job done by someone else had to be redone because of a consistent leak. What a nightmare. Contacted the plumber who did this job and he insisted that this is a wear and tear which is impossible because its only done up for about a week or so. Thank god i found reliable plumber william on Google. William did an excellent job fixing, was well informed about the different options to approach the repair and was very easy to work with! I had a clog for about two days, and after 2 trips to the hardware store, I realized it was time to call a professional! Found sg plumbing reliable plumber william and contacts him. I use SGPLUMBING all the time in my home for plumbing services and although is little bit pricey(which i belive is the market rate currently), you get a high quality service from non-smoking, punctual, professional chaps who do the job and don’t mess you about. They get straight to work immediately when they arrive and explained the repair work as they do which makes me feel very assured if my money was paid well. There was no other issue, everything was great. If you ever thought of hiring them, do request for William 🙂
William’s way of doing business is very honest, a reliable plumber. He was very trustworthy and believe me when i say that. The plumbing industry currently in Singapore hasnt been very popular. However, there is still a young man working 7-days a week servicing everyone who has called for help and yet everytime we feel the charges were just too much. However, i am not stoppping anyone to hire other plumber, i am just saying, always feel free to compare prices.
There was this once, where i compared prices, Company A charges me $60 to replace the system in my toilet bowl and William charges me $80 to replace the system in the toilet bowl as well. In the end, i still choosed to hire William. Why? Because he gave me assurance and has a very good attitude. Company A did quoted a lower price, however, they sounded like they do not wished to entertain customers like me, who keeps on enquiring for prices. (I believe not many has encouter this, but if you do, you know what i feel) A difference of $20 and i could just buy so much difference. Proof me if i am wrong. It was such a delight and relief to have my sink tap issue solved finally. William is a professional and detailed plumber. He made an effort to understand my problem on the phone with me. Plumber came over and replaced my pipes but they were leaking right after a few days. Decided to call up another plumber(William) to settle it. Other plumbers told me that they would need to replace all the pipes again but William said that he could save the leak without changing the pipe as it was brand new.

He also provides me a professional advice to go to NTUC to buy Mr Muscle sink & drain gel to smoothen water flushing and protect sink pipe to avoid oil stick on it. He also explained to us saying that water too small so unable to flush to the drainage. He helped us to remove rubber on saving water tap features. William came to my plc today punctually at wlds at 10.30hrs. Replaced all my 3 leaking taps in the kitchen and toilet. Charges are $250 which is considerably cheap. The workmanship too is great. A very friendly guy and doesnt mind to explain to me why the taps is leaking.. Why at times the taps vibrate and have sound whenever the other tap is on. Great job William. Recently, my toilet tank is leaking and most of the plumbers told me they can’t find the replacement part and need to hack the wall to replace the unit. This is a major work for us and we may not be able to find the same wall tiles. Thanks the users of this website who left their comment in the post, I have decided to give William a call.
He made a visit, asked me to give him 3 days to see if he can find or duplicate the parts. He even suggested I change it to pressure pump instead. Finally, he managed to source the part from Malaysia & Thailand and I get my toilet tank fixed without hacking the wall. He provides 6-month warranty for the replacement part and service.
I recommend him as he has demonstrated professionalism in his job and made an effort to source the parts for me. Though the fee is high but if it works well we are good with it.

Few months ago I engaged a plumber to clear a choke of a drain connected from my kitchen. It cost me a few hundred bucks. The choke came back again now. I decided to explore other plumbers. Very good service, didn’t anyhow recommend repairs. After they left, I did a prolong water test and realised there is still some kind of slight leak. Yesterday made an appointment with William @ 9227 9333 after googling for a recommended plumber in Singapore… After showing him some pictures, he quoted $90 – $120. He was here this morning (Woodlands) on time and get the choke cleared under 10 mins for $90. He was good to tell me it is still not all cleared due to residue on the pipe wall which requires us to pour hot boiling water and those choke clearing liquid to fully clear the pipe. Got William to fix a leaking pipe supplying water to the toilet cistern. Show him the video before appointment and got a quoted price of $90 including changing of the valve. On the appointment date, the total payment was $70 for replacement of the pipe as the valve was in good condition. Appreciate the honesty in the service and price. Called in the morning around 10am and sent video of problem. Estimated cost of $180-280. Plumber came at 12.30pm (earlier than estimated time of 1-2pm) and fixed leaking pipe behind concealed cupboard. Cost $220. I would say very efficient and knowledgeable plumber and gave advice on maintenance of pipes. At least now have peace of mind. Would recommend for quick and efficient service.
Strongly recommend any who are looking for good local plumbers. The guy who came up my place, William is so knowledgeable and able to explain the theory behind the cause of the choke in my bathroom for the longest time. This choke had been coming back after I attempt to clear myself a few occasions.

I contacted William on 22 May 2018 because we had a leakage problem due to a damaged ball valve tap and made an appointment for him to come today (24 May 2018). He quoted $85 which we find it alright and also in the past, he has helped us with some repair before. He was very punctual. I didnt have to call him. He checked and confirmed that the ball valve was really the problem before proceeding to change the tap. He also helped to reattach the sink pipe without charging us for that because he said he didnt change anything. The repair was done nicely. Good customer service. A really reliable plumber. Pricing is also reasonable.

Thank you William for saving my toilet bowl! It started to leak few weeks back n this morning, it refuses to flush no matter what I do. I immediately thought of William who has help to resolve some of my plumbing issues in the past. With the photo I send to him, he suggested that a replacement of either the inlet or outlet should solve the problem n the costs quoted was very reasonable.
He even came down on the same day and get the job done within minutes….
